Sell A Slate Launch Party

As one of many social events planned in order to raise funds for the church restoration appeal, Ruth Ellery has kindly agreed to host a Launch Party for Sell A Slate at her restaurant – The Potters’ Barn, Wenford Bridge, St Breward (850471).
This will be a Wine and Cheese Evening to be held on Friday 17 November, starting at 7pm. Tickets, at £5 each, are available from John Lobb (841581), Colin Hyde (841546), Jenni Tarring (841329) and Abigail Kirby-Harris (850651). Tickets will also be available on the door.
During the evening guests will have the opportunity to ‘buy a slate’ for £10 whether in memoriam of a loved one, or of a special event for example the marriage or baptism of a family member or friend, or simply as a contribution to the restoration of this medieval architecturally excellent landmark.
